How you receive your vendor information

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped to you.

1. Check out

Choose a vendor listing, bundle or guide, add it to your cart and pay through Shopify's secure checkout.

2. Check your email

Straight after payment you receive two emails from us at the address you used at checkout: an order confirmation, and a second email with your download or access button.

3. Open your resource

Vendor listings and bundles open as a view-only Google Sheet. The Reselling Guide is a PDF you can download. The link is also available on your order status page, so you can come back to it later.

Can't find your email?

• Check your spam or junk folder and any promotions tab.
• Make sure you used the right email address at checkout.
• Still stuck? Email us at riseresells@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your access.

Good to know

• Your Google Sheet is view-only. Please do not share or resell your access.
• We may update our directories over time. The same link always shows the latest version, but updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.
• Rise Resells is an independent resource. Listed suppliers are third-party sellers, and we do not guarantee product authenticity, supplier pricing, stock or resale profit.
