These terms apply to your use of the Rise Resells website and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Rise Resells ("we", "us") is an online store that sells digital vendor information and guides for people interested in reselling. You can contact us at riseresells@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products only: view-only Google Sheets that list supplier information, bundles of those listings, and digital guides. Nothing physical is shipped. The pictures on our site show the categories a listing covers and are not included with your purchase.

3. Independent resource, no affiliation

Rise Resells is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any brand named on our site. Brand names are used only to describe the type of item a supplier listing relates to. Suppliers listed are third-party sellers, not us.

4. No guarantees

We provide information only. We do not guarantee the authenticity, quality, price, availability or stock of anything sold by a third-party supplier, that a supplier link will stay active, or that you will make any sales, profit or income. Results vary. Do your own checks before buying from any supplier and follow the laws that apply to you, including laws about trade marks and selling branded goods.

5. Delivery and access

After payment you receive an email with a button or link to open your product. Access is to the person who bought it, for personal use. Please do not share, copy, resell or redistribute our sheets or guides. We may update our directories over time, but updates are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. 6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. Refunds

Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on supplier information, from third-party suppliers or websites, or for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
